Skip the irrelevant change of the guards and go straight to visit inside the palace. Stunning! The last visit is 16h15, its not full and you can see the sunset in the coffee at the palace garden.

No1 palace to visit. End July till early September open to public-20£. They open the state rooms & u can see what's happening inside.Free audio tour. Amazing rooms, paintings, stairs etc. Recommended!

The palace is just gorgeous. If you're here to see the horse guard parade, make sure you check the calendar the day you're planning to go. Find yourself a prime spot by getting there by 10!

Visit to the state rooms was well worth the entrance fee. Quite crowded but that's to be expected for such an amazing and historic site. Audio guide is free and pretty good.
