Gasherbrum II is a 8,035 metres (26,362 ft) mountain in the Karakoram range, in China and Pakistan. It is also known as K4. It is the 13th highest mountain in the world. The first people to reach the top were Fritz Moravec, Josef Larch, and Hans Willenpart, in 1956.
